What can I expect from the event?
Watch the night sky transform into a living canvas, as hundreds of drones bring the animal kingdom to life in breathtaking detail. Journey through four stunning worlds - from sun-baked deserts to icy oceans, lush jungles to soaring mountains - all set to a powerful cinematic score.

WILD: The Drone Light Show is heading to Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton & Hove and Nottingham on its UK tour!

The experience is in an outdoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The show is 40 minutes, but we recommend you arrive early to enjoy the food village and pre-show build-up.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes. The food and beverage offer will vary depending on which show you would like to attend. Please check the venue specific FAQs that will be available once tickets go on sale.
Is there parking available?

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets are not purchasable at the door for any of the venues.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
No. This experience is not eligible for refunds, and you cannot transfer your ticket to an alternative date.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving early; however, each venue opens its doors at different times before the show begins. Once tickets are on sale, please check the venue-specific details for exact opening times.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed, except service dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the events are held in accessible venues.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, we offer one complimentary ticket for a companion attending the performance with you.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Customers who would like BSL support can contact hello@yuup.co, and we will do our best to arrange this for some performances.
Will there be strobe lights?
The event contains flashing lights and may not be suitable for those with light sensitivities
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is primarily a seated event, with the only exception being Brighton & Hove, which also offers standing options.
Will bathrooms be available on site?
Bathrooms will be available on site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
We allow photos to be taken on mobile phones for personal use only. Commercial camera equipment isn't permitted without prior consent.
Is there an age requirement?
This show is recommended for all ages.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant, child, or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under-18s.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
